1. Services Refund Policy

Our services are designed to offer high-quality business consulting, digital solutions, and personalized support tailored to meet your business needs. Given the nature of our customized services, refunds may be limited and are provided under specific conditions:

  • Consulting Services: Refunds are not available once consulting sessions or projects have begun. If you are unsatisfied with a session, please contact us to discuss possible solutions.

  • Digital Services (Web Design, Social Media Management, etc.): Once work has started on a project (design, development, content creation), refunds are generally not available. If you have concerns about the quality or progress, we encourage open communication to address any issues.

  • Grant & Procurement Funding: Refunds are not provided on grant and procurement funding services once applications or related services have been initiated, as they require time, resources, and expertise that are non-refundable.

2. Deposits and Payments

Deposits and initial payments are typically non-refundable, as they secure project scheduling and initial work. However, in cases of cancellation before any work begins, refunds may be available on a case-by-case basis.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 3 business days of service commencement. We will assess each request individually and respond within 3 business days.

4. Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds may be issued under certain exceptional circumstances, such as an inability on our part to deliver agreed-upon services or a significant delay caused by factors within our control. In these cases, New Level will work with you to reach an agreeable solution.
